Manhattan Review's LSAT clients have been accepted to many of the world's most prestigious law schools, including Harvard, Yale, Princeton, the University of Chicago, the University of Pennsylvania, Georgetown, the University of Virginia, and UC Berkeley. Highly ranked law schools almost invariably expect elite LSAT scores from their applicants, but as many of our past students have shown, these scores are both attainable and worth the effort. Law school rankings contribute significantly to alumni employment prospects, and graduates of the top institutions usually receive the best job offers. Law school applicants are encouraged to review the employment data of any program they are considering, and the American Bar Association requires law schools to disclose this data publicly. Institutions ranked in the top 30 have employment rates of 90% or better, and nearly all of these graduates have secured jobs that require a law degree. The lowest-ranked programs, on the other hand, may have 30% or more of their alumni unable to find any job whatsoever.
Law school admissions statistics show that relatively small improvements in LSAT scores can substantially increase the chances of acceptance. The University of Connecticut School of Law, for example, accepted 29% of students with LSAT scores between 150 and 154, but more than 70% of applicants with scores of 155-159. Interestingly, these acceptance rates were fairly consistent across all GPA ranges of 3.0 or above, suggesting the high degree of consideration given to LSAT scores. At Emory University School of Law, 84% of applicants with LSAT scores above 164 were admitted, while the acceptance rate for scores below 165 was just 14%. Again, these rates were not significantly affected by GPA, as long as the minimum graduate program standard of 3.0 was met. High-scoring Emory applicants in the 3.0-3.24 GPA range fared nearly as well (86%) as students in the top category of 3.75 and above (88%). The LSAT clearly presents applicants with an opportunity to impress admissions committees and secure much more favorable odds of acceptance. Manhattan Review's LSAT prep services in Paris will help you achieve these high LSAT scores.

Meet a Paris LSAT Tutor: Chrissy R.
Chrissy R. has been an LSAT tutor for Manhattan Review in the United States and France since 2008. Previously a lawyer in private practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she relocated to Paris in 2015 after her marriage to a French businessman. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Minnesota and a JD from Notre Dame Law School.
Chrissy's students praise her engaging classroom presence and approachable personality. "She's great at explaining complicated material in ways that can be understood by different types of students," said a recent client who took one of her group LSAT courses. "Even more appealing is her constant willingness to patiently answer questions and provide additional help."
